Tip Reports is a cloud-based application that facilitates communication between managers and employees in the restaurant and bar industry. The platform offers employees a comprehensive and transparent view of their restaurant's tip-pooling system as well as their schedules. Designed for effective tip pooling, the application automates calculations for various roles, including bartender, barback, server, busser, and runner, presenting this information clearly for each employee's review. This transparency enables staff to track their shifts and earnings, ultimately fostering trust regarding tip distribution.

According to claims, managers can save at least 50% of the time typically spent processing tip reports. This efficiency not only clarifies earning sources for employees but also has the potential to mitigate payroll discrepancies and legal disputes surrounding tip mismanagement.

In addition to its tip pooling functionality, Tip Reports features a built-in scheduling system that allows managers to effortlessly create schedules from mobile devices. Once a schedule is established, it can be duplicated for subsequent weeks, simplifying the management process significantly.
